All trustees of the charity volunteer their time and receive no salary or financial benefit. This means donations are not used to pay trustees or directors.
Your support goes directly towards running and developing the shelter and supporting the women and children who live there. This includes:

- Employing local Kenyan staff who manage and support the shelter
- Food, essential supplies, and daily living costs
- Maintenance and development of the shelter

Yes. We comply with GDPR and do not sell or share donor data. Additionally, we do not store any financial information, all payments are processed through PayPal Giving fund. You may request access and / or deletion of any information we hold on your at any time through our website GDPR pages.
Is this only emergency shelter?
No. We focus on transition — vocational training, schooling support, legal referrals, and sustainable independence.
